4. Booking and Payments

• Role as Intermediary:
  
  GoRoam acts as an intermediary between you and Travel Service Providers. We facilitate Bookings but are not responsible for the actual services provided by Travel Service Providers.
   
• Confirmation:
  A Booking is confirmed only after we receive confirmation from the relevant Travel Service Provider and full payment for the Booking.
   
• Payment:
  All payments are processed securely through our payment system. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the amount specified for the Booking.

• Pricing:

• All prices listed on our platform include taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply as specified in the Booking details.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the Travel Service Provider and the specific Booking. Please refer to our Refund Policy and the specific terms of your Booking for more information.

Note: Any membership fees, now or in the future, once paid, are strictly non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the operation of our Services.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Collect or store personal data about other users.
• Indulge in any unfair usage of our Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is the property of GoRoam or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoRoam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GoRoam for the applicable Booking only, and not for or towards any membership services or offers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoRoam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
