  • These are delivered instantly to your registered email address.

  • You can also access them at any time in your GoRoam account under "My Bookings."

  • No physical shipping is involved for these documents.


3. Physical Document Delivery (When Applicable)

In rare instances, certain travel-related items may require physical delivery. This includes:

  • Luxury travel packages with physical welcome kits

  • GoRoam-branded merchandise
