This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund for bookings made through GoRoam.in.


2. Cancellation by User

  • The cancellation policy of the respective Travel Service Provider

  • The type of fare or rate booked (e.g., refundable, non-refundable)

2.2 Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the policies of the Travel Service Provider at the time of reservation. These fees may apply to:

  • Flights

  • Hotels

  • Vacation packages

  • Other services booked through GoRoam.in

2.3 Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 10–12 business days. However, your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


3. Cancellation by Travel Service Provider

3.1 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If a Travel Service Provider cancels your booking, your entitlement will depend on the provider’s terms and conditions.

3.2 Significant Changes

If there are significant changes to your booking by a Travel Service Provider, you may be entitled to:

  • Accept the changes

  • Cancel and receive a full refund

  • Choose an alternative of equivalent value (if available)


4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Log in to your GoRoam account

  2. Navigate to "My Trips"

  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel

  4. Follow the cancellation process

  5. Choose your preferred refund method (when applicable)

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • No-shows

  • Partial use of services

  • Dissatisfaction with services provided by Travel Service Providers

  • Force majeure events (unless covered by travel insurance)

  • Incorrect or incomplete personal information submitted during booking


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may require cancellation. Travel insurance is available during the booking process.
